In the fall of 2023, The Malin, a work-focused members club, is set to open its fourth location and first outside of New York City, in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee.
Through a partnership agreement with Adventurous Journeys (“AJ”) Capital Partners – developers of over 27 acres of mixed-use real estate in Nashville’s Wedgewood Houston neighborhood – The Malin will be located in Nashville Warehouse Co., the city’s first mass timber building, joining some of the largest and most recognizable global companies within the burgeoning neighborhood.
After opening three New York City locations – Soho, Williamsburg, and West Village – in
just over a year, The Malin Nashville is the hospitality brand’s largest workspace to date. The 16,000 sq. ft. space will accommodate 48 dedicated desks, seven private offices, six meeting rooms and a library. Offering varied work settings, The Malin supports a wide range of independent professionals and small teams alike with a range of needs and preferences.
Wedgewood Houston is currently amid a multiphase neighborhood restoration and development project led by AJ Capital Partners. The creative neighborhood sits just a few blocks south of Nashville’s downtown and offers a range of retail, residential and office spaces for a diverse mix of tenants.
The Malin Nashville will join other high-end hospitality businesses, such as Soho House Nashville, Apple Music, Live Nation, Red Bull, and the famed NYC French restaurant Pastis, also opening this year. The Nashville Warehouse Co. campus, a 5.2 acre site that will be home to The Malin Nashville, offers a variety of lifestyle resources like public pedestrian spaces, an acre of communal green space, on-site parking, and a fitness center.
