Hub’s in-house property team brokered the deal directly with owner Gwynvill after discussions regarding the site commenced almost five years ago. Hub identified the site as a strategic location in its expansion plans, aligning with its desire for buildings that offer a unique workplace and hospitality experience, set in iconic locations with abundant transport and cultural infrastructure.
